Most of the symbols are undefined.  For example a circled number isn&#039;t pre-defined as anything, nor is the letter &quot;B&quot;, however certain symbols are typically understood to mean something (i.e. B = reconciles to bank statement, PY = Prior Year, PBC = Prepared by Client, etc).  The toolbar simply puts an image into your worksheet, so it wouldn&#039;t be &quot;wrong&quot; to use one tick mark over another if you wish (see the example file above).
Since this toolbar is an Excel add-in, there is no need to import it into your engagement management software.  It should, however be compatible with any Excel files that are used/stored in ProFx Engagement.</description>
