Invoice Template

Not only is it an invoice template, but it also keeps track of your sales and customer information for you.  After entering the sales and customer information in the appropriate locations, you only need to change the invoice number on the invoice and all the other fields are populated for you!  This feature is especially useful, because it keeps you from having to re-enter a customer’s information everytime you prepare an invoice for them, and also keeps you from having to save a separate file for each invoice.  Every invoice you prepare is stored within this file, so you’ll never have to hunt for an old invoice if you ever need to re-print it.

The download file contains a sales and service invoice template in two separate files.

ADDED BONUS!

It’s always a pain having to re-format mailing addresses that are all in one row spanning across several columns.  As an extra time-saving feature, we’ve included our mailing list generator.  In the contact information sheet, you have one row per customer, where you list their name, address, etc.  With the mailing list generator, you can have all those addresses formatted for mailing with the click of a button!  There’s no need to keep your customer’s contact information in two separate lists anymore!
