It would be tedious if the cells in question were randomly dispersed throughout the worksheet, or if you had many worksheets that need to be formatted. 
While your method works well also, this is just another way to get the job done. Some people may find one way or the other easier, and I hope that they can find the easiest solution for their individual needs.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[It is NOT at all tedious to change the case of information to all CAPITAL LETTERS, all lower case, or All In A Title format. Why go through the hooha with VBA when the same outcome can be achieved in just five simple steps!
1. In a spare column/row,enter a simple formula that uses the appropriate built-in Excel function [i.e. =Upper(), =Lower(), =Proper()] and reference the first cell holding the text to be converted. 
2. Copy the formula to the matching range (column or row) of the source data.
3. Select and copy the complete range of formulae (Ensure model has been recalculated or Calculation mode is NOT manual before doing so)
4. Select the first cell in the source data range
5. Paste Special Values.
