Yes there are a few ways.

1. General (incl. Excel): Use CTRL and your mouse wheel (already mentioned by Scott)
2. Excel: Use the ALT W G (zoom selection)
3. Excel: ALT W J (100%)

4. Websites (NOT Excel)
CTRL and the + (plus) sign (increase of 25%)
CTRL and the - (minus) sign (decrease of 25%)

5. Websites (Including Excel)
Windows key and the + sign (zoom in)
Windows key and the - sign (back to 100%)
