I like to use the IsEven and IsOdd functions a lot with conditional formatting.  Enter the following formula in the Conditional Formatting to highlight Even Rows:  =ISEVEN(ROW()).  Change it to =IsOdd(Row()) to highlight odd numbered rows.]]></description>
